30-Day Challenge - Soy Candles.
I am a candle freak. I love the way a candle looks burning and enjoy the scents that surround as they burn.
For my 30-Day Challenge, I have decided to only burn Soy candles.
Not only are soy candles better for the environment, soy candles burn longer, and have a better scent throw. Look for soy candles that come in glass or recyclable packaging too, and ones that use cotton or eco-friendly wicks for the ultimate candle.
One of my favorite soy candle brands is from Sweet Grass Farm. I have, and highly recommend, the following scents in their soy candle line:
Coastal Bayberry - perfect Summer scent
Fresh White Lilac - another perfect one for Spring/Summer, I like this in my bathroom
Baked Apples and Cream - my favorite Fall scent
Lemon Verbena - a perfect kitchen scent

Another great thing about scented soy candles” are that they burn cleaner, with less black soot.

I too found some terrific candles. Eco Earth Candles makes some of the best soy candles around. I liked the idea that their candles contain 100% soy wax and if you read the companies mission statement on their website, they are a company toat truely is concerned for our environment. That was another selling point for me in addition to their great candles. Check their website out. I have also ordered their bath salts which are also great!
