All the Beauty Advice You’ll Ever Need
Want to know why articles about drinking water, eating right and exercising are in every, single magazine every, single month? Because they are the truest methods to your best health. For busy people, including busy moms, it’s almost impossible to figure out how to get time to exercise. This month in Self magazine there are two articles on how to sneak in exercise–how to do it while you’re watching tv (141 -145) and a tear-out on page 75 on how to hop around. This past month saw a sharp decline in childcare for me and a sharp incline in responsibilities. If I thought I had no time to exercise before, I really don’t have any now! With breast cancer awareness month reminding us how important it is to buy pink products it’s also clear that we need to move more. I walk about a mile three days a week but soon I will not be able to do that because of the cold. I commit to doing one of these exercise routines (or my crazy core fitness cd I got while on my anniversary date) at least 4 days each week for a month and see what the difference is in my health, my hair and my skin.
