In signing my VegPledge, I have been researching many recipes, and came across this book that I just. had. to share.
Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World, is a great book that contains the prettiest cupcake pictures and 75 non-dairy cupcake recipes.
I cannot wait to try some out (as soon as my kitchen is finished, which is hopefully next week).
And, oh yeah, cupcakes are pretty, especially cupcakes that everyone can eat!

I made the Tequila Sunrise Cupcakes and the Margarita Cupcakes from Vegan cupcakes take over the world. They are really yummy! Go easy with the powdered sugar in the frosting though - it’s a tad too sweet.
