Lemon Bath Cookies
I was trying to find something cute and unique for a family friend for Mother’s Day and I came across this recipe. I am a horrible baker but this seems idiot-proof. Bonus is you don’t have to eat it. Actually I’m pretty sure you should not eat it so make sure the recipient knows it’s not an actual cookie. I think this would be cute and easy for Mom or someone who is mom-like in your life. Now I really want a lemon bar.
