Nurture Your Folicles
I’m kinda obsessive when it comes to my beauty products. Shock, gasp, I know. I will look at the same product about
twenty times before I commit to buying it. Most of the time anyway. For the past month I have been looking at Mother Earth’s Hair Conditioning Oil at Love Lula and trying really hard to resist. I could resist no longer and went clickity click and my beloved showed up at my door this week. This stuff is ridiculous and by that I mean it’s ridiculous how amazing it is. I’m in hair lust.
It’s got Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba, Olive, Coconut and Vitamin E oils all jammed into this perfect elixir. I basically used it as a hot oil treatment by heating it up in hot tap water then applying to my hair and letting it sit with a shower cap for a few hours. Can we say soft, silky, unbelievably sheeny hair? I think I’ve been walking around all week trying to make my hair blow in the imaginary wind like I’m on some catwalk. It’s just really too amazing to pass up, although I’m pretty sure if you were motivated enough you could certainly throw something like this together yourself. Do you likey?

Coconut oil has been shown to be the most effective oil for penetrating and treating hair. You could probably get similar effects by just getting some of that and using it in the same way. On the minus side, you won’t get the pretty fragrance or packaging :(
